The Friends of Stonerose Fossils, a 501c3 non-profit organization, cordially invites you to join us in preserving a unique fossil resource. 

For the past two years forest fires, and the threat of forest fires, limited our season for digging.  During this time visits to the Center dropped by 40%.  We are now faced with the possibility of having to curtail operations and have already eliminated our school outreach program to public schools.

To offset the losses resulting from the recent fires, we are holding an event for our many members and friends! 

This inaugural event will be quite a feat to produce from afar, so your help is critical to its success. We hope those who understand how important Stonerose is to the public we serve, to the children that we interest in science, and the contribution that our fossils make to the scientific world, will come to show your support!

We will have some wonderful items to bid on, as well as some once in a lifetime adventures you won't want to miss!
